How to pay your Monthly Garage fee
Rent is due the 1st of every month. We offer a grace period, that if the rent is paid before the 5th day of the month you will not incur a late fee. Rent payments made after the 5th day of the month will include a $60.00 late fee.
- Turn in keys to apartment. If keys are not returned we will deduct $10.00 from the full security deposit amount.
- Before moving out please make sure you leave apartment in a good condition. If apartment is left in bad shape other than normal wear and tear, tenant may not receive the full amount returned.
- Remove all trash and furniture from apartment, if anything is broken, these things will also be deducted from security deposit amount.
- Maintain a minimum of One weekly cleaning/ upkeep on apartment to make sure apartment doesn't become out of hand or overwhelmingly dirty.
- Please be sure to clean out all appliances, refrigerators and cabinetry.

- McKay Management Inc. accepts payments by Cashiers Check, Money orders & Personal checks. Please be sure to always write your name, apartment number and building to avoid any confusion.
- If you would like to pay online, using Debit, Credit, or Automatic Bank Transfer : Please visit the home page to login to your tenant portal through AppFolio. This is the ONLY website McKay Management Inc. uses to collect rent. If you are not sure you have found the correct website please reach out to the main office to confirm before making a payment. How to pay your Monthly Garage fee
- To pay the monthly garage fee, you will need to include an additional amount to your rent payment and specify the additional funds are for the Garage Space payment. If you normally pay online, Please be advised - You will need to set up an additional portal under the garage space #. Payments made to your apartment ledger will not credit rent for the garage.
